401(k) Plan
Employees are eligible the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. This plan includes an auto enrollment feature. Employees may contribute up to the maximum IRS limitation in increments of 1% of compensation.
T&M matches 100% of employee contribution up to 3% on a per paycheck basis. We may also provide an additional discretionary matching contribution for eligible employees, and may also provide a discretionary non-elective contribution for eligible employees.
