Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

FSAs allow you to use pre-tax dollars deducted from your pay to reimburse yourself for eligible expenses. Using pre-taxed dollars reduces your gross taxable income, saving you money. The FSAs are administered by WEX. We offer the following options:

MEDICAL CARE FSA

This account can be used to pay for eligible medical expenses for yourself or any other person you claim as a dependent for your federal income tax purposes. Pre-tax deductions for the Medical Care FSA cannot exceed $3,400 for 2026. You have a grace period to use any available funds from the previous year until March 15 of the following year. The last day to submit claims is March 31st.

DEPENDENT CARE FSA

This account can be used to pay for qualified dependent care services for eligible dependents, providing that care is needed to enable you and your spouse (if applicable) to work. For 2026, pre-tax deductions for the Dependent Care FSA cannot exceed $7,500 per plan year per household, or $3,750 if you are married and file separate tax returns.

TRANSIT AND PARKING FSA

For 2026, employees can choose to have up to $340 per month deducted from their paychecks on a pre-tax basis to cover work-related parking and/or transit expenses. To enroll in this benefit, fill out this form and email it to Human Resources.
